Frequently asked questions

Why don't you ship to Germany?

Businesses selling and shipping goods to residents of Germany are required to verify compliance with the German Packaging Act and register with LUCID. This is something I have been looking into but I have a difficult time parsing the requirements and costs. I hope to eventually have it figured out, but for now unfortunately I cannot ship to Germany.

Why do some listings only ship to the USA?

The only goods I do not ship internationally are anything with once-living biological matter such as animal parts, plants, and fungi. The reason being every country has different restrictions regarding the import of such items, and it would unfortunately be too much for me to try to learn every single restriction for the sake of items I typically price very low.
